A documentary film on Asian Men and Mental Health
Lets Talk: Man2Man will be producing a short 15 – 20-minute educational video with our
partners (The Asian Health Agency), led by and featuring Asian men talking about mental health, breaking misconceptions, macho behaviours, cultural stigmas etc to empower men to begin talking about mental health, identify and overcome barriers, seek help and make early interventions.
We are looking for Asian men interested in sharing their views & experiences on mental health & being interviewed.
Interested? Interviews being held throughout October – December 2025
First filming/interviewing dates available: 1 and 2 October in Southall
- We can interview you at your home & times that suits you
- You decide what you wish to be included in film
- Support provided to help those with no experience of being
- interviewed on camera, are nervous etc.

What happens after Survey and Film on Asian men & mental health are completed?
COLORS will host community-based and online discussions centred around our report findings and film to:
a) Engage and connect men.
b) Broadcast a series of community debates to educate community and mental health
practitioners/providers via a new community podcast.
c) Launch development of a Partnership project to support men suffering mental health
crises/episodes.
